Emin Günenç is a Turkish actor. • he’s originally from Şarköy, Tekirdağ, Türkiye
• started playing football at the age of 8
  • played for 10 years until he was 18
  • after an unfortunate injury, he had to give up his football career
• competed on Survivor 2021 as a member of the Gönüllüler (Volunteers) team
  • had to leave the island after the injury he suffered during a challenge
• took part in the Best Model Turkey 2014 competition
• after first fulfilling his parents’ wishes, he immediately began pursuing acting training; the career he truly wanted, right after graduating
• has two siblings, an older sister and a younger sister
  • he’s the only boy and there’s a big age gap between him and his youngest sister, so until he was about 15, he enjoyed all the advantages of being the only and youngest son
• sees love as a rare, transformative feeling, one that brightens life when found, deeply hurts when lost and should never be taken for granted
• believes the essentials of life are peace and health, which can be found in different places, through someone who enters your life, in solitude or in whatever you are doing
• his biggest passion is sports, which he started with football at age eight; being active makes him feel better both physically and mentally and recently he has become especially fond of paddle, his new favorite
• enjoys using social media and is fairly active, but when he feels he’s spending too much time on it, he takes short detox breaks and focuses on living in the moment rather than posting
• once took a small tour of Europe and loved Barcelona the most and Spain is now at the top of his list of places he wants to revisit when he has the chance
