Facts:
- while studying in the Economics department, she joined the university’s theatre club and was first introduced to acting this way
- while continuing her education, she registered with Erberk Agency to pursue acting
- began her acting career in 2010 while pursuing a master’s degree in Advanced Acting
- her father was a banker, which led them to live in several cities and although changing cities was difficult as a child, those experiences enriched her by exposing her to different places and people, something she now appreciates in hindsight
- says the best part of fame is feeling loved by people, while the hardest part is having her private life become more visible and open to public scrutiny
- she feels strong, defining strength as growing through experiences, shaping her life on her own terms, being self-sufficient emotionally and financially and making her decisions as freely as possible
- there are still many roles she hasn’t played yet and she would like to portray a mother, believing it would be a very different experience for her
- the long and intense working hours affect everyone in the industry and harm both the quality and longevity of projects, adding that episode length is still the biggest issue and has especially hurt comedy series, which have nearly disappeared from television, she says
- spending most of the week on set makes close, sincere relationships with colleagues especially meaningful, but true friendship takes time to prove itself; while she has a few close friends in the industry, her real friends are mostly from long before her career
- she is most hurt by having her trust broken by people she loves and relies on, being treated as if she were foolish, or having her rights taken away, knowing that nothing feels the same afterward, while what makes her happiest is seeing herself achieve the goals she sets for herself
- for her, heart and logic must support each other, but the heart always weighs heavier; if logic takes over in love, she questions whether it is truly love
- her heroes have changed over time; rather than famous figures, she has been inspired by the unnamed people around her
- those with strong self-confidence, hard-earned success stories, the ability to give and receive unconditional love and those who helped her uncover hidden passions, meaning she has had many heroes throughout her life
- describes herself as a true summer person, saying spring feels like a promise of summer; while winter makes her more withdrawn, she feels like she blossoms with spring, becoming more joyful and energetic
- despite being an emotional person, she priorities logic when making critical life decisions, says this has become even stronger over time and explains that experience teaches you to recognise what will affect you well or badly and to protect yourself first without becoming selfish
- she says the most important thing she learned in the home she was born into was unconditional love, which made her generous in giving love and also learning to laugh, always finding something to smile about no matter the situation
- believes in adapting to change rather than resisting it, values balance, enjoys using Instagram to connect with people and sets her own boundaries on what she shares
