Deniz Işın is a Turkish actress. Facts:

• during her childhood and high school years, she was extremely shy; when she joined the drama club, she would literally run away from the scene after seeing people perform on stage
  • she has said that rediscovering her interest in acting began with filming videos on an app
  • later, she pursued her dreams by receiving acting training at İzmir Sahne Tozu Theatre, while studying there, she remembers telling her instructor: “Everyone is married to the profession they choose, willingly or unwillingly. I am married to chemical engineering. But these days, I’m having an affair with theatre.”
• she has said that she loved it when guests came over, mainly because it gave her the chance to watch her parents retell their youth and marriage stories, stories she had probably listened to many times before
• she enjoys spending her free time with friends and loved ones, especially turning to them for support on difficult days, talking and laughing together lifts her mood and spending time with her cat Watson helps her release negative energy
• she does not confine her career to comedy, but feels most free in that genre
