Özlem Conker is a Turkish actress.   • that same year, she began her acting career by appearing in the TV series Bizim Ev, which starred Cüneyt Arkın and Şoray Uzun
• in 2009, she went to the United States and lived there for two years
  • some of her family lived in the United States and she traveled back and forth to visit them
  • one day she decided to go there for a two-year break to rest and pursued two years of studies while in the U.S.
  • she studied English for one year at the University of Washington and for eight months at Arizona State University
• after filming Abdulhamid, she wanted to take a short break from acting and returned to university, this time enrolling in the Architectural Restoration program
• she does not choose sensational-type projects because, above all, she feels she cannot adapt to that kind of work, if a set has that type of star, one has to keep up, but she knows she cannot do that
