Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ is a Turkish actor and model. He made his name known after winning Best Model Of Turkey in 2002 and Best Model Of The World the same year. His most popular shows are Aşk-ı Memnu (Forbidden Love), Ezel (also: Barış), Yakamoz S-245 (also: Özge), Kuzey Güney (North South), Kurt Seyit ve Şura (Kurt Seyit and Shura, also: Cem, Birkan, Fahriye & Demet), Çarpışma (Crash, also: Elçin) and the movie Kelebeğin Rüyası (The Butterfly’s Dream).

Facts:

• he is of Albanian and Bosnian origin on his father’s side, and from Edirne on his mother’s side
• played basketball for big clubs such as Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş, but had to quit after an injury
  • one of his biggest dreams was to play in the NBA
