Dilan Çiçek Deniz is a Turkish actress, model and beauty pageant title holder. In 2014, she was crowned Miss Universe Turkey (same year as Aybüke & Amine Gülşe Özil). She is best known for her role as Sena Koçovalı in Çukur (The Pit, also: Aras). Other famous series she acted in are Tatlı Küçük Yalancılar (Adaptation of Pretty Little Liars, also: Şükrü), Kusursuz Kiracı (The Perfect Tenant, also: Bennu & Emin), Bodrum Masalı (Crossroads) and Güneşin Kızları (Sunshine Girls, also: Miray, Hande & Burcu).

Facts:

• she’s originally from Sivas, but grew up in Antalya
• her parents divorced when she was eight years old
• has always been interested in stage arts especially theatre
• at the age of seven, she told her mother that she wanted to register with an acting agency and her mother told her she could pursue that dream if she did well in school
