Yasemin Allen (Full Name: Yasemin Kay Allen) is a Turkish-British actress. Facts:

• she has stated that she is British and 25% Australian in heritage
• her mother is originally a British citizen and her real (or former) name was Sonja Eady, after marrying actor Kayhan Yıldızoğlu, she took the name Suna Yıldızoğlu
• she moved to Türkiye with her family when she was three months old and at the age of 11 she settled in Australia with her mother
• in 2008, she became a finalist in a brands “New Face” competition, in the same year, she took on the leading role in the TV series Elif, in which her mother also appeared
• because her father played golf, she once dreamed of becoming a golfer
